I hate when family gets greedy in the wake of of lost loved one. Been through it too many times. Your aunt was a dear to offer you 'Ginny' and I know you'll have many happy hours spending time with her creating beautiful things. Know that your grandmother is watching over you. She's probably laughing at all the silly nit-picking going on between the rest of the family. God bless you!

Great story! Sorry for your loss, but you have a kind and generous family. So glad you have some special treasures to remember her by!

So sorry about your loss, but I'm so glad the family was able to work things out without any bad feelings. I know from experience that it doesn't always turn out that way, and hurt feelings are no fun. I know you'll treasure that sewing machine.

Your memories are priceless. The cards would of made me cry. Maybe her spirt was with you as you will appreciate her sewing machine. It all works out. She is probably very happy that you will take good care of things.
