    Do you knit or crochet the hats or make them out of fabric and sew? So nice there are folks interested in caring for others. Good luck ! Joanne

    Joanne, i crochet, but not very good. if you go to the beginning of this thread, you will see i posted a few links to patterns and groups that do this sort of thing. there is knit,crochet and sewing patterns. i sew tiny blankets...the ones i posted pictures of were done by my group,"Michigan knit and crochet",we have a facebook page and a message board.

    We actually had a get together today, and we have so much fun.

    I decided to use an orphan block to make an "angle preemie" quilt, it is 12" x 12". I have tried to crochet the shrouds, but they look pretty wonky..so i will just sew instead.

    Beautiful work. I'm sure the families are so thankful to you all. I used to crochet preemie hats and blankets for a group also.
