My quilting days are over! :) :)

Congratulations to you!!! I don't have any children (not by choice), so I don't know exactly how you feel. My brother and I are 21 months apart, and my sister and I are 5 months shy of being 18 YEARS apart!! My brother and I were really close growing up -- at least until we were teenagers. :| Whenever I took my sister anywhere with me, people thought she was my daughter. After a while I just let them think she was. When I married, she was 3 1/2 years old and was a flower girl at my wedding. I wasn't sure she would actually walk down the aisle so I also had a sweet 7 year old neighbor as a second flower girl. They were so cute together. 8-) All of the attendants stood during the ceremony, and at one point Michelle looked up at me and asked, "Can we sit down now?" Too cute!!
The sweetie in my avitar is Michelle's daughter, Hannah, when she was 5 years old. Hannah is now almost 10 years old!! 8-)

I don't have a scanner so this is a pic of a pic.

Congrats! They'll be best friends (most of the time). They won't remember a time when the other wasn't around. My grandkids are 15 months apart and my daughter does great. Her husband is in the Navy 7 states away so she has had her own trials and tribulations.

Congratulations!
My kid brother has two kids, 10.5 months apart! (He's crazy)
My son is only two months old, I think if I found out I was pregnant again, I'd shoot myself, lol! He's such a good baby, but my God it's a lot of work!
Good luck, and congratulations again!

Well congrats! But am disappointed that your quilting days are over, perhaps you will find that you have more time after things settle down. I found that after my children had grown and moved out into the world on their own (do miss them dearly though) that I can quilt if I want (except do get harassed about changing the spare room into a quilting room-some how they thought that room was just for DGC to stay in).
