Name one thing that you don't like about the "New" Board".

I really liked it when things were in a uniform order and easy to navigate threw. All on one page. Not having to go searching around. I am not sure I will stay as well even though it took an act of congress to finally get on this web site.
Good Luck to everyone and I do hope that things change for the better cause I am really going to miss you guys very much

FOR THOSE MEMBERS WHO DONT LIKE THAT THEY HAVE TOO MANY PMs AND DON'T KNOW HOW TO GET RID OF THEM:
no one can get in touch with you to help you, because you can't get PMs. you have to get in touch with a mod for help.

same here, don't like having to find a thread to get to a thread only to have to click again to read the latest posts. Unable to follow a new thread (if taking the time to look/find one) without leaving a comment, perhaps I'm just interested in the responses to a question why do I need to leave a message before I can be notified of later responses? Like this one, if I want to follow I now have to 'go advanced' and click how often I would like to receive them and where, via email or here on the board. I really like the section on vintage machines and have figured how to get on a daily basis but to brouse for much more, isn't as much fun, or as easy as it use to be

I really haven't figured out much with the "new" board. I will also probably stick around for a bit to see if it improves but I
suspect my participation on this board will not continue. The one specific thing I really do not like all are the rules regarding the "classified section". While I understand that the goal is to provide good values etc to fellow members, I highly resent being told how much my fabric is worth. If I paid $10-12 a yard, I will not sell it for $6. If the price I'm asking is too high, don't buy it or PM me and ask if I'd take a little less. I never saw many complaints about high prices while I did see LOTS of excited and happy people who were able to find that perfect fabric. And if I priced it too high and nobody bought it, I
learned quickly to price yardage lower if I wanted to sell it. I know a lot of people do not agree. This is just my opinion.

I think my biggest issue is that it takes so long for a page to load! It's too much hassle for when I only have a bit of time to be on. And that it keeps 'auto saving' my repsonse, so even posting takes forever!
I so so miss the 'old board', but when facebook made changes and people were bemoaning them, someone posted about how it was all FREE - so really - what did we have to complain about? I know there are other boards, but I really LOVED this one, the way it was. I doubt if I'll be on here much anymore and I'm just getting back into quilting, which is sad to me, but this is just too slow to load and the auto saving of replies.
