Yes. The inside of the cup is red and the ice cubes (before melting) are shaped rather like segments of an orange. So, oddly, tonight the three cubes he plunked into the cup all lined up with the flat sides toward the center and the curves to the outside, and voila, a triangle!

My DD could be geeky but she's not. She's working on a PhD in physics and the text books on her shelf start with the word "quantum". However, she loves to sew/quilt and cook!
