    Edit: Not sure it has the velcro, though. Looks like you could substitute velcro for the snaps in this tutorial.
    I remember an aunt had one of these but she lost it years ago. Thanks for the link - I am going to try to make her one for Christmas.

    I forgot about these. My grandmothers both made these. They had several for different occasions! I saved the link also!
