    Yes.. Mam.... I do not have Sugar problems but I choose to live low carb ... It works for me .. I hope that recipe helps someone if not.. I am sorry..

    Try one of the gluten free or casein free websites. They should have a recipe. My son's doctor gave me a recipe once, and I think it was on one of them.

    love shrimp and cocktail sause. i am diabetic so i use a small can of tomato sause and add horseradish to taste yummy... add litte at time to taste. DH likes it mild but i put more in mine.

    I really like seafood sauce and have not had any for ever so long ..I had not thought of this ...So I thank you so much... Soon as I get home I will make some.. Shrimp just does not taste right without it.

    Yes this is true as well , then put some cocktail sauce on the side !! I ended up the other nite making shrimp scampi , wow was that good too ! Enjoy everyone , whichever way and all ways !!! more thanks to everyone.

    My friend's mom used to make hers (diabetic) she used to put everything in the food processor and let-r-rip! She used green (or other colors) bell peppers for the sweetener. Then she would slow simmer it like spaghetti sauce. Yummy!
