I have a Beagle named Carly who is quite a character....still not completely housetrained at age 8. Knows what to do and when but if we're gone too long or scold her....there WILL be a wet spot left on the carpet!
I agree with the chocolate names. How about Snickers?

OMGoodness, she is just adorable. The first name that came to mind is Cocoa. I had a dog many years ago and her name was Cocoa, she was cocoa colored. She was such a good dog, I called her Cocoa-Puff all the time (she reminded me of Cocoa Puff cereal). I also like the Snickers suggestions. Just enjoy, love and hug her everyday.

Oh she's a cutie!! I just love my beagle... such a sweetie!!
I just got back from the vet's though... It was time for Libby's annual inoculations and she had an allergic reaction to them! We had to rush back out for a Benadryl injection and something else... she's better now, but her lips swelled up and all over her skin there were welps... she was pretty miserable for a few minutes there... much better now! She's 8 years old and this is the first time this has happened...
btw, ''Libby" emerged from "Liberty" as we got her around the 4th of July...
