Now, I'm going to reveal my "about" age. Love Andy Griffith and can almost recite them word for word, I Love Lucy, and any show about wild animals. I have to admit that I think the new shows are not worth turning on the tv for. I do like Soul Man and The Exes, but still prefer something I can watch with my grandson.

Not sure about the other two shows. Watch them too, but did pay attention this week.

Anything Law and Order, Criminal Minds, NCIS - both versions; have discovered British crime shows on Blue Ray and love them! Major Crimes is really growing on me - I was disappointed when they took Brenda out of the mix and changed the show, but I like it now. Project Runway and Dance Moms. Grim when I remember it. Dexter rules. Basically I really like cop shows. Burn Notice grew on me - couldn't stand it at first. But mostly they play in the background and I sew - I record them and watch later. Homeland is pretty good too. And there are a couple that I can't remember the names of that if I happen to see them in the channel line up I'll watch. TV junkie falls in right after sewing junkie! I totally agree! I can't quite figure out HGTV's seasons. Seems they mix reruns in with the new episodes. I started watching their new "Buying & Selling" (w/the Property Brothers).....saw 3 episodes and then a rerun! Go figure.

We only have broadcast tv, (I'm too cheap to pay for television) I watched the premiere of Arrow, looks promising. He's a little too violent so I may change my opinion. I watch a lot of PBS too. We're lucky that we get 5 PBS channels, then we also get 4 international ones, RT, NHK etc.
I've been catching up on the Doctor Who, Torchwood and Sarah Jane Adventures on Amazon Prime.

I am looking forward to Gold Rush, love Survivor. I don't see any shows on the broadcast channels that I would really watch, except Survivor. We have On Demand and I can watch my shows when I want to. I love Project Runway and Dance Moms!!!!!! Do you ever want to pop someone good? Watch Bridezilla. I watch it once in a blue moon and honest to Heaven if I was one of those "girls" and I was a guy, I would be so long gone!!!!!!! I love watching the History Channel and National Geographic channel. Alaska State Troopers is fun to watch too! I am waiting for Top Shot to come on. Otherwise I just listen to my books and sew. Except Football. I love football! Specially our Minnesota Vikings!!!!! I save my binding time and hand work time for the Vikings. Edie

NCIS and NCIS LA,any well written crime show with good characters. Law and Order (reruns) Yukon Men, History, Discovery, FOX news (esp. Brett Baier). PBS for some of their BBC shows. Waiting for season 2 of Downton Abbey. Only watch network for local/state news. Gave up on Jersey Wives...just too much. Unbelievable. Some Food network like Restaurant Impossible but NOT cooking shows. Chopped is OK. Waiting for Mountain Men to come back on.....they are not hunks but seem to be real people..my kind of people. I find the current comedy shows to be stupid and offensive and demeaning...esp. in the portrayal of men.

I watch NCIS and NCIS LOS ANGELES, Major Crimes, Criminal Minds, Blue Bloods, like HGTV Property Brothers, Yard Crashers and the Food Network. Hate the reality survivor junk and most of the sitcoms are not my cup of tea. Guess it would be a pretty boring world if we all liked the same things. I like the Hallmark Channel for their movies.
