    Small plastic cup and straw. Mix small amount of Dawn dish soap and glycerine. Blow into bottom of cup with straw and bubbles foam up and over the sides of the cup onto the paper!!! Keep blowing and moving the cup around the paper area....WahLah.......Bubble Art!!!!
