yes he does we just got him but he can say his name and squeaker, cracker and s.o.b. lovely dont encouragin that word lol....... and he makes the sound of a squeakie toy he ws raised with springer spainils ..... she says hello and the cliking noise for a dog to come and niki riko lol he is doing good with his noises and words........
