My significant other sent me blond jokes online before he met me. Yup, I'm a blond. We're still together, five years later!

Too many people just look for any excuse to point a finger. I ignore them.

Some people have nothing better to do than look for excuses to complain to someone about something meaningless and insignificant, and end up hurting someone's feelings. That's just mean. I'm sure that the person who PM'd you has been following this thread and is feeling pretty ridiculous by now. After all, if you can't laugh at yourself, you must be a very sad person.

    Here's a little true story:

I was a natural blonde all my life until I was 23 and I got pregnant with my first child in 1963, then my hair started turning brown and by the time he was born, my hair was dark brown! Apparently it was caused by some kind of a hormonal change. Of course the baby was born a pure platinum blonde and he still is! I was hoping that when I was expecting my second child that the hormones would turn me blonde again - NOT ! So I've been dark brown ever since 1963 and guess what? I think that's when I got REALLY smart! LOL

Carol, that is so weird! Wow, I never heard of THAT kind of hormonal change!!
I wasn't upset that someone pm'd me- I was sorry I hurt her feelings but I had absolutely no intention to hurt anyone. I'm surprised that I did but then again- not surprised LOL

Heard of brunnettes getting a mask because of the sun . I think my mom's hair did that when she had me because I think she was a lot lighter headed before I came along.

Nobody else ever heard of it either! At least it didn't turn green! Come to think of it, I did have green hair one time. My SIL/hairdresser had been bleaching my hair (so I could get my "dumb" back), and one day when I went swimming in the neighborhood pool, my hair turned green! It was a chemical reaction from the chlorine in the water!

My MIL's "white" hair was kind of bluish - ha ha ! Such a family!
