I agree!! Can't stand him either! The commercials that bother me the most are the ones that use traditional Christmas songs with altered lyrics to sell their products. I think " A fleece for my dad"! (from JCP) is the worst, but several other companies do it also. And I also dislike the boxer commercial. I'm not a prude, can swear up a storm, and grew up in the 60's....that ad just is not funny or in good taste!!

Nothing says Christmas like a "has been" screechy singer selling Hondas. I was never a fan of Michael Bolton but these commercials are scary. He moves like an arthritic statue. No wonder the kids in the cars look on incredulously as he screeches. They don't have a clue as to who he "was". He is 65 btw. Go play with the grands, Michael.

The guys are not "pumping"...but Miley? I am on the fence about Joe Boxer Jingle Bells. I hate the other trash on TV called entertainment. Kar-Trashians" anyone?

I guess I am going to have to pay more attention during commercials! I think I must tune commercials out - I didn't recognize most of the ones mentioned. But something must catch my attention when the camel says Mike, Mike, Mike, Mike - what day is it? It's HUMP day! That one makes me laugh, mostly because everyone is trying to ignore him.

Lots of bad ones listed here, so if you want to see a good one, look on Youtube for Travelers' Insurance Christmas commercial. The little white dog is at the butcher to get a bone. He's then chased down the street by a pack of dogs and ducks into a hole in a fence where you see him give the bone to a dog with the Elizabethan collar (you know, the lampshade?). It is so sweet!! The simple tag line "Thinking of others this holiday season - Travelers' Insurance."
