DH's gran loooves cats but she is bedridden and the only cat in the house is ancient and has become too weak and can't get up on to the bed (and gets stuck and has "accidents" if you PUT her up there, so no more kitty on the bed). I think Gran would love a cheerfully-colored stuffed kitty to keep her company!

I've made her a cat-themed quilt and a wall hanging of a cat chasing butterflies, so it even fits into the theme of gifts I've given her int he past.

Any house that does not allow pets (other then for medical reasons) belongs to people I don't want to be around. My DD will love these cats for her office. She has four cats at home.
