This is NOT a cat-free home

@ Stacey- thanks for the compliments. That TW quilt is one i kept for myself. The pix of the cats aren't the best for seeing what they really look like. I'll have to find some better ones to post.

I love cats and enjoyed the pictures. I'm just not good enough at housekeeping to have one inside. I don't like to sit in a chair and then have cat hair on my clothes. Some people are so neat and clean you would never know there was a cat in their house, but I'm not that organized. I've had outside cats but they don't live as long. My daughter has a great solution. She lets her cat outside in the daytime, brings him inside each evening and puts him on a leash attached to the leg of the coffee table. He gets loved and petted a few hours, then goes to the closed in porch for the night.

Only a couple of pics. Patches usually doesn't bother my quilting stuff. She generally lies just outside the door of my sewing room guarding the contents and me.
When I made her quilt she did seem to know that was just for her.
Last pic is an unflattering pic of me and both cats, Patches and Missy.

puck116-I used to have a cat named Snickers who looked just like your patches. She was a good cat but when she was 13 , she just quit eating. we had tests run and tried everything to get her to eat. I fed her with an eye dropper for 2 weeks, but couldn't afford to do more tests. Sadly we had to put her to sleep. It was so hard b/c there was not a viable reason like when our other cat had cancer. It's so hard when our pets pass on.
