Default Not missing at the nursing home

Someone posted recently about a quilt gone missing at the nursing home despite the recipient's name being quilted in the quilting. Well, about 20 years ago, my grandmother was in a home and I'd heard about things going missing. She liked red and sunshine. So I knit this for her... it never went missing

That is hilarious! It must have been a lot of work and you are obviously a super knitter! Your Grandma must have loved it, I know I do.

Ha, ha. I love your solution!!! great idea and it evidently worked! my sister was evacuated from a therapy place due to a hurricane coming and the quilt i made her was gone when she went back. duh! she should have evacuated it too! ( i had embroidered her name in the quilt too-bet someone was surprised).
