    When our oldest made her First Communion I made her dress. Her 2 younger sisters wore it also. What a great keepsake you have made. Good job.

    Your little dress is beautiful! I saw a first communion dress in a store window this week. It was white satin on the top and the bottom had tulle sewn over the skirt. The best part was they had folded the tulle up double and sewed both the raw edges into the waste band But before stitching it in they had put silk rose petals scattered inside the fold.

    WOW, so beautiful. You are quite the seamtress. Not sure I make something like that, is that fabric hard to sew on?
