I see some of you have your Myfitness.com back at the bottom. When it was a bunch of numbers I deleted it. Now I can't figure out how to load it again. Does anyone remember or know when we go on QB to load the code?

Hi, I'm still not getting updates. I had a salad today for lunch and ate only half of it. I have no appetite at all. Next week back in the hospital for more pulmonary tests, spent all week in and out of the hospital.

I started a new blog under my name/blogs.

I hope this lack of appetite will result in a lack of pounds.

I do not suggest donating body parts as a regular part of your weight loss program, it seems might "iffy" to me. What if they take one that you are especially fond of?

I know what you mean about no appetite. If I am lucky I will continue to keep losing the weight. I have about another 40 lbs to drop.

I sent you a PM about receiving notices. You need to unsubscribe under Thread Tools at the top of the page and then re-subscribe that is how I got mine coming again.

Cindy - I thought I had signed up but maybe I missed the deadline.

Nancia - I gained two more pounds last week but I refuse to donate body parts to medical science while I am still living. My prayers go out out to you and your mom. My mom lived with us in the end and Home Health Care took over the part usually played by hospice. We live in a relatively small town and there was a hospice in the big cities on each side of us and they couldn't decide which one would provide services to our town. Home Health provided adequate services though.

MJ - Sorry to hear things are not going so well for you. I'll try to get to your new blog but not being to computer savy I've been having trouble navigating this new thread. I imagine I'll eventualy get it. My prayers are with you.

Right now I'm retaining water in my right elbow and forarm so I'm going to PT several times a week and ice it four times a day. It makes it a little inconvienent but I'm muddling through. My dry just anounced that it thinks my clothes are dry so I better go check. God Bless everyone and have a great day.
