Ohio Amish Area ~ Any Advice for Visiting There?

We're heading out this weekend to visit the northern Ohio area around Holmes County. Any advice from fellow Amish lovers about places to go, things to see and do?
How about good quilt shops with good prices??? Surely with all the Amish in the area, there are many quilt shops.
