I got a Homedics chair massager (with heat), perfume, chocolates, book, wine, hose reel and hose (love gardening so it was much appreciated), boxes of sweets (helps get through quilting marathons) and lots of love from our family.
My family take an interest in my quilting, but don't quite "get" the "quilting universe" so they don't buy quilting stuff.
The very best gift of all, was to have both my sons and two of my three stepsons with us (along with partners and extended family). Only one boy is away (he's travelling still, currently in Canada), but he Skyped us in the morning....here we were in 40 degrees Celsius and he was showing us snow and the ski slopes and enjoying a chilly 0 degrees.

I got an African Goat. But it lives in Africa! It will sustain an African family with milk and cheese and ect. We spent the holiday with family about 100 miles away! DH and I have been doing alot of redecorating and do not need anything, in fact at our age we need to be cleaning out stuff. But he bought me a diamond knot necklace. I saw a 7 inch TV for his office! It is cute and I got that. Lots of little things from family and friends. Most of all love and respect for each others time and happiness!

I received a card from my mom with $, A card from my sis with $. And from my husband I received a very ugly blue robe from K=Mart. But to tell you the truth, it looks like something from a thrift store.

I got a pair of PJs and some really nice fluffy warm socks (yes, my little feet get cold in the winter - even in Arizona!), a Ghirardelli tower of chocolate (too pretty to break into yet, but lots of neat boxes for storing quilting doodads when the chocolate is gone!), a book on local history, perfume, two neat shirts, a very pretty aqua polar fleece jacket, splash guards for my new Acura that I got last month, a pair of sunglasses, a couple of Micron pens (for making quilt labels), a Galileo thermometer, and a new watch. It was a nice Christmas and I feel very blessed!

There is just my 10 yr old son and me for our own Christmas. He got spoiled rotten of course. But I got an amazing present.
I had given him money and sent him and his BigBrother (mentor) Christmas shopping.
I got GOLD stud earrings. I love them.
And I think I've got that young man on the right road for future girlfriends and future wife - he knows how to buy jewelry!
Santa, however, needs a refresher course - bras and undies. Really now, Santa. He (me) could have done better there!
