Remember my stallion, Jazz was gelded in March. Well--this weekend started his life with pasturemates!!
Here's how it's going:
Rosie is exerting her new found "I am the QUEEN!" moves: "No, I want that hay! No, I want to stand there!" Jazz is consistently saying "I have a LOT of patience for your antics, Rosie, but don't push it too far." While Whisper is the mediator: "Guys! Can't we all get along? Rosie, look, Jazz loves to groom with me. And he's so cute. So relax and settle down."

Truce--for a minute.

When chatting with Whisper, Jass will softly drop, and not have a clue what he's supposed to do with it. Thank goodness.
Despite Rosie's tough girl behavior--he seems very content to have pasturemates. He never takes the option to leave them.

I know I dont post to your pictures BUT I LOVE looking at them.
Iknow others on here enjoy them as well. Never think we get tired of enjoying your horses. They are too cute. You capture their personlities and bring them alive to us who long for the smell of horse.
Too bad you cant capture the smell of them from under their mane and the feel of the wind blowing the mane in your face. ok back to dreaming and remembering again
