I am so excited, kinda like wearing a new badge or something. How do I look? Do I need to comb my hair?
Uh oh, this means I need to get to work on a Paper pieced Log cabin sampler quilt I want to make for a dear friend that has survived 3 bouts with cancer. I figured that I would make it log cabins as she and her guy just got done building one on their property. I didn't want to make one that screamed "Cancer Survivor!" So I figured that the ribbon could be incorporated in the quilting itself. That way she will know, but it will still look like it "belongs" with the decor of the cabin.
Day before yesterday she emailed me saying that she is retiring and they are moving to their new cabin in LaPine, so now I really need to get on the stick so to speak..
OK, deep breaths.....
Wish me luck

I "feel good" I just noticed that I am a Regular also. YEAH!!!! It is nice to belong!!! My laptop is in my sewing room with a rolling chair so if I get "stuck" I can immediately come here and "search" to find a solution to my problem. Thank you to all who are brave enough to ask questions and a special THANK YOU to those that supply the answers. Karon
