Had a Black Lab that never had any training for retrieving but He retrieved anything thats was left out on our neighbours decks...toys, boots, shoes. Had to train that out of him.

Glad the bird survived the ordeal. Retrievers are such lovely dogs, but sometimes they just don't like the noise the guns make.

I just watched a show on puppies on Animal Planet. puppies are so cute. they showed three breeds, retrievers were one. lovely dogs.

I love labs. No that's not a lab sitting in my lap. It's Glory Jean, a 8 year old Papillon. Spoiled rotten and follows me every where in the house.
