Default Once Upon a Midnight Dreary

A group of us “older folks” were talking about some of the old television shows like Laugh In, I Love Lucy, Sky King and others. I remember a male comedy team who had an act they called the two headed monster. One of the heads would sing song the first few lines of “Once Upon a Midnight Dreary” in a goofy voice. However, it seems I’m the only one to remember this out of the group. Of course I could not remember the men’s names so I could look up the routine. Does anyone remember what I’m talking about, and if so, do you remember the men’s names? Thanks

I do not remember that either. Was it on Laugh-in or Grand Ole Opry?

Doesn't ring bells for my DH or myself, but could it be the Smother's Brothers? They did some pretty zany things.

Black and white or colour TV? It might be one of the older comedy teams like Abbott and Costello or the Marks brothers if it's black and white.

    Hi June.
Check out this page from Wikipedia. There are lists for TV, film, music, literature etc.
It may be something listed there.

"The Raven" is one of my favorite poems.
