I got so scared yesterday, I was in tears, called my hubby and said please come home..and I was crying, I panic when it comes to these storms cause I've been in one before...come to find out that the FAA let all there employees go home early so they could prepare for the storms and when I called him he was just around the corner..When the news said Tornado's were touching down, I went into panic mode....

I'm praying for you all all the others that are affected by these storms. The last report we heard here in Washington State was that 125 people had lost their lives in Joplin and 1500 were missing! This is hitting in numerous states! May the Lord be with each and every one of you.

Good morning. A BIG THANK YOU to everyone for the prayers. We lost power last night so it was a long hot night. Transformer on the pole blew out and the city just now got it fixed. We are all safe. My teeth are killing me from clinching my jaw while I slept or I should say when I slept.

I'm so glad you and your family are safe! Thank you for letting us know. When we had the hurricanes here and there was no a/c we put cold, damp towels around our neck to stay cool. It works. If pets are involved too you can put a damp towel, hand towel, or wash cloth (depending on their size) on their neck or on their back to keep them cool. You could also put their paws in cold water to bring down their body temperature. Take care and thanks again for letting us know you and your family are safe. (((HUGS)))
