I drove about 2 hours, usually only 2 hours into the heart of Raleigh for my lead foot but I got caught up in some of demonstrators caravan. They would not let cars over (or my truck) to get off on some exits. Pain in the rear!

Thanks for posting the pics Sharon! Looks & sounds like y'all really had a great time ~ too bad you're alllllll the way over on the other coast! :mrgreen: I'll just have to enjoy your trips on here. :D

Karla, it took me a little over 3 hours to get there.
I always wear pants/jeans. Very seldom am I in shorts. I hate to shave my legs. lol

Looks like a lot of fun ladies. I'm about 1 1/2 hrs from Raleigh myself. And YES Mary Jo's is a HUGE place to go to. Went once and would love to go back again.

It was a blast and when I get home will post my pics ! Everyone Lauged adn carried on so.. except for me I AM the quiet shy one :wink: LOL

I drove just over two hours that day ... I am from Indiana so I drove 13 1/2 hours to get to Charlotte , and worth every mile

I am going to May Jos yet this week , have to work out some finally details 8-)
