Can't wait for the "pajama days" in my future. My mother (also my boss - family business) is appalled if she calls me on the weekend and I'm not fully dressed. I LIKE MY JAMMIES! But she just doesn't understand how I think they are comfortable and acceptable on days I am not going anywhere.

Us, also, doing our own thing on our own schedule. Hubby re-

tired ten years ago. We have done some RV-ing, to Alaska, to

visit grandkids , family and friends who are like family. This

year will probably be our last trip up, due to worsening health on

my hubbies part and he just lost his hunting buddy of forty three

years. One last moose hunt if all goes well. Family will have

to start coming to see us. Hope we will be able to RV the lower

48 for a few more years and visit family and friends.

I love to quilt and read, hubby hunts, but it's getting more

difficult, hope he will take up fishing more, I love that and our

granddaughter in Alaska is a great fishing girl! Miss HER!

Monday is the day I treat myself to a pajama morning. I usually get dressed right after lunch. I'm not sure my husband understands but he doesn't say much. He is one of those that goes to bed early and gets up early and dressed right away. I like to get up, drink coffee and read the paper and just take it slow. I worked for 35 years + and feel I deserve a slow day.

Original post sounds like us -do what we want --Hubby now fishing. Because of heat instead of jammies I made some cotton "housedresses" to be used like you use pj's.

Change into comfy dress as soon as I get in the house but
then when people come to the door I don't worry.
No collars, no sleeves -no bra --works for me.
But, I would get dressed everyday if we could take a road trip to Mt Rushmore and Vegas before too long
