Can't wait to hear all about it! We've been there... seems like a dream now. I'd love to go back. :D

Absolutely loving it! Yes, we did get a Nutella crepe - yummo! At the Pompedeau Museum, I found several pieces that would translate to wonderful quilts! I think we walked all over one section of the Louvre, and part of a second one - the first section was the must-see one, with the Mona Lisa, Venus de Milo and Winged Victory. The second one is the part that has the Napoleon apartments - man that guy had an ego :D

Haven't found the quilt shop yet, but we are going to scout out fabric at other stores.

My daughter was in France over Christmas and celebrated New Years in Paris. She fell in love with the city, and didn't want to leave! Enjoy! and don't forget pics!

Didn't go to the quilt shop, but instead went to the textile district by Sacre le Coure. Oh.My.Word. I got several meters of different fabric - yes all made in Paris - that is wonderful!

I need to take a picture and post it :)

Ok, I'm on a netbook, so it's slow going as far as editing pictures, so the only one I'm going to post right now is the fabric I bought today. It's destined to become the next quilt - 3rd in line now :)

The smaller pieces will be added to my daughter's disappearing 9 patch :)

Oh, if the tag shows up, I mistakenly put Italy. Not :) I'm in Paris!
