    loved it. but the cop was there and didn't give him a ticket. and then he drove away and the cop still did nothing. ive gotten a warning for having my handicapped sticker up on the rear view mirror. but then, that's America.

    I couldn't believe the patrolman just let him drive away with his window's covered. It taught him a lesson I bet, or maybe not :-(

    I agree with Onebyone...should have been ticketed for parking in a handicap space, littering, hazardous driving and stupidity!

    Where did the vandals get all the post its????

    Surely should of gotten a ticket or two. Parking in a handicap space, littering & careless driving.

    wish they'd do something about it here. today two 20 somethings ran out of the store to their car parked in a handicapped spot. really annoys me, I was hoping for a spot to park in, and they opened it up for me. I guess they just ran in the store dor something and didn't think about us handicapped people.
