    I doubt that it is real - way too much paper, those post-it notes are expensive.

    Great idea for all who park in these spaces I think he may have got a ticket, wasn't the man inthe uniform with a camera an officer.

    thanks for letting us know. It was a video taken in a city in Italy where a car was parked in handicap space. A group of young people covered the little red car in overlapping blue square sticky notes and looked like had some with the white handicap logo for sides and back. When the young healthy young man came back and saw his car covered in those papers and the crowd watching him, he became angry and tried to brush off the papers and then drove away.

    He he should have gotten two tickets. One for the parking and one for littering.
