Way to be a stand-up person, Sweet.
Patrice...don't close it until we find out if hobo2000 got her money back. If she has something from PO that says it was received, she should get the black mark taken off!!!

No..the buyer is always right. Ebay said if he didn't receive it , its his word against mine and even tho he refused to pay for insurance, I should have paid to protect myself. From now on I will calculate ins. in my shipping on ebay.

Grandson sold some games on ebay and they guy tried to scam him and there was a bunch of hoop-la afterward, Daughter said that would be the last time. Someone else jumped into the fray also, thought they were dumb enough to believe his lies, etc. They also had some losers on craigslist try to scam them also, my take is games invite some less than moral people. I don't sell anything, I donate it and let them deal with poeple.

I am out games and money and a black spot on my Ebay account. So ship with signed receipt after you rec. the money.

Hi Tincan,
I don't think you need to worry about stepping on anyone's toes. You were in the right about not getting the correct payment. I made a mistake and tried to correct it as soon as I could. You cannot imagine how horrible I have felt about this happening and I sincerely apologize. I'm sure you are an absolutely wonderful person!
