    Collect them all and you can make dandelion wine!

    Then the violets can go into a sachet.

    As you say, perennial, and very low maintence if I might add.

    Well, I know what to do with them. When I had my house I used to leave a patch of Dandilyons untouched where I would let my tortoises free to munch. They were happy campers. Since i had to sell the house I would go to my friend's house and get hers. She loved it. Now, in the Bronx, there are not many but I still find them here and there and if there isn't too much traffic I will get them. I live next door to a college and the security guy lets me in to get flowers where there are many open. What would I do for wild flowers now!
