I adore that pattern Terri found. I found it on the Joann's website. I might try to take my folks some when we leave for our trip.

    Terri or Miranda,
How long did it take you to make the bunny doll?
All this dolls on this swap are looking really cute!

It took me about a couple hours to make the bunnies. I have tweeked and tweeked the pattern on it. The original pattern does not have ALL the illustrations, but you can pretty much figure it out. I had to enlarge the pattern or the bunny would have been very small and there was no way it would fit under the machine and hand sewing was not an option.

I honestly don't know! I get about 2-3 minutes here and there bc the kids always need something or something....I rarely get to sit down for more than a few minutes at a time...I don't think it really took too long to make. Now, I had some trouble with mine. My gusset was too short, so the back of my bunny's head is wrong. I'm going to make another one, so it really must not've taken me too long.
Miranda...you just need to take your time. I tried sending pics of step by step, but for some reason, GMail says the file is too big or it's Yahoo that says it's too big.
Just take your time with the gusset, it'll fit, honest, it will!

What I'm going to do with the next one, is cut out a larger gusset, about 2 inches longer. I drew a pattern piece for it. Then, if it is too long, I will just cut it off. I will see if I still have my other e-mail addy.

I got a cutie in the mail today from Miranda! Bunny blue came with the most adorable pin cushion. It looks so cute, I put it on the mantle w/all my other Easter things.

    Thank you Miranda. :D
