well, I guess you'll just have to pack up and move. Be sure and take your computer because we'll still want to talk to you. I can still say anything I want to because no one (yet) knows my address. OOOPs, I forgot I joined a swap, oh well. Come on over, no coffee but I've got Diet Coke, ice water and plenty of fabric to go through.

I have to put my two cents in here.
I have dealt with depression and anxiety for almost 15 years. Some of it is heredity and some of it was life belting me in the head and taking me down. I highly recommend medication when you have no idea why you’re in a dark room, crying and sad. That is a chemical imbalance. But when your life has been flushed down the toilet, by abuse, death, loss, loneliness, ok all the yucky words. You really need therapy to find and learn how to cope with and deal with those issues. I highly recommend therapy. I personally had some things happen to me and I carried it around with me and in secret for 28 years and after therapy for a year I’m off my medication and deal with life a lot better. Purging the bad out of your life helps. If there is any way possible, Figure out your triggers and avoid them.

I don't have a cat or dog. My little guy is allergic. So I don't think it matters much. What matters is..........You quilt!!

I am thinking about getting pills for depression. A woman at work takes them because of issues at home and said they help her. I want to try them. My brother passed away almost 2 years ago and I have gotten really good at acting like I am ok, when in fact I am not. I went to a counselor for awhile, but that didn't help. I am in a online support group for siblings that lost a sibling. I do have good moments , but I do very badly when I am alone. I think its because then I don't have to act like I have it all together. I just try to straighten up before I get out of the car. My life and how I feel now is nothing like how I use to be. I just keep thinking about that day and what happend, and how I don't know how long it will be before I get to see him again.

sweetheart, RUN, don't walk, to your doctor! Tell him/her about the despair you are feeling. GET HELP. Please.
