We drove to Meijer's for batteries and only saw a handful of houses without power....but i'm thinking with the lines getting heavier, and more trees snapping, that it will increase.
I'm sure the power company doesn't want to repair anything during this rainstorm....and for their safety I don't blame them.
If they don't come out til morning, that's fine.

Has your power come back on? Never really got the freezing rain here, in Chelsea. I ended up with a snow day, because most of the customers cancelled. I'll make it up by working tomorrow. Guess I could clean house or sew. Looks like sewing beats cleaning.

Major ice issues - trees down - lines down - no power - no heat - power is scheduled to be restored by Thursday...
I'm thinking a hotel is a good idea at this point.
Hanging out at my mom's house this afternoon...they have power.

We are still without power...I'm staying at my sisters tonight because the temps have dropped down to 3 degrees with the windchill.
