Printer issues

I agree with Krystyna. Turn it off and UNPLUG all the plugs. Wait about 15 seconds and then plug it back in. That often solves the problem. It is also the simplest! LOL Ask me how I know.

I have the same problem with my Epson printer almost every time I use it. I just turn it off and then back on. It just doesn't seem to keep the wireless connection for more than a few hours.

I have a wireless printer HP that pulls the same stunt all the time. I too either restart my lap-top or run to the room where the printer is and switch off and on. Thought I had dome something wrong but apparently not. It does collect the documents in the print que though and prints whenever I restart my computer. So unless I need it right away I just let them collect.

Thank you! my lap top had mysteriously quit connecting via wifi with our printer and while I thought I'd made sure it was connected, I'd done so via the menu/network/etc. Using your tip, I found that it wsn't set as default, once that was done, Voila! it's working. Much appreciated!
