I actually stayed put in my sewing room today and finished several Christmas gifts that needed finishing and now I am happily back to the board to see what you all are doing!

I feel right at home here!

i used to have my computer set up in my bedroom. NEVER got any sleep because i was constantly checking the board.

now, i have my sewing table butted up against my desk (in another room) to form an L. tile floors. rolling chair.

sew a little. rollllllll over. read a little. rollllll back. sew a little. back and forth i go ...

until, of course, it's time for a nap. :lol:

not on topic but your dog look like a close cousin to mine. if you dog is as sweet and funny as my girl, then you've got a winner.

This has become my favorite site. I look forward to checking the topics every day, and I've learned so much from the pictures and comments shared. It motivates me to quilt! It is also wonderful to be connected to so many wonderful friends who share our love of quilting. Just love it!!!

I think the rules for "A regular here" are unfair. I have been on the board but haven't been posting as much. I have of 1500 posts, but lost the title. What the heck!

its just a label! i'm not considered a regular either but everyone here is so nice, we are all quilting friends. "potato, pothato"

I had ( A regular here) for a bit , then noticed it was gone, I too leave it on and come back and forth after sewing , I don't know why it's not there..

once again ...

the title is assigned and removed automatically based on a mathematical calculation built into the board software.

the title is only relevant if you want to sell things in our classifieds section or to ask for freebies in the donation section.

unless you want to reach into our wallets or our stashes, the title does not matter. if you lurk, we love you. if you post only once in a while, we love you. if you post a bazillion times a day, we love you.

in other words ... we love you.
