Hello I was wondering if I can join the weigh-in for April,I need to lose,and looks like everyone here is very supportive and thats wat I need.Since nice weather is finally here I can get out and walk more.

Hooray Sewred-way to go.
I didn't lose anything this month but BP is back to normal. I guess extra walking has helped that. Now to cut back on calories and eating after 6pm. Congrats to everyone for making improvements in lifestyle--it's all good!! |
