No there is not a theme, so send whatever you like. Whatever you have on hand is fine.

What an awesome group!! Great job everyone and especially to our "biggest losers". Now I'm inspired--please keep up the encouragement and tips for losing.
Happy Easter everyone and thanks Linda. I know this was a lot of work for you.
Keep on keepin' healthy!!

Hi
I am a newbie to the forum and would love to weigh in. I have been trying hard to lose weight with Weight Watches on line since the beginning of February. I have lost 10 lbs but have been off WW for 2 weeks. My husband had cancer surgery and it has been hard to get back on track. Easter is Sunday so I hope to be on a WW schedule for eating again Monday.

Hi Carole3450, I sent you a pm. That means to check your private messages. Thanks

Hi everyone, hope you all have a great Easter. I have been sweet hungry all week, so doubt if the scale will register any loss tomorrow.
Welcome Carole 3450.

Does anyone have a suggestion for toning exercises. I basically need a plan. Thanks in advance!
