DON"T GIVE UP............if a quilt you were working on was coming out like crap would you give up??????????? NO!!!!!!!!! you would be determined to do what you had to do and get it right. There is just something not right with your diet, so step back take a look at what you are doing wrong and fix it.

A good weight loss is between 1-2 lbs per week so if you are going for 6 lbs this month and don't do id you will give up maybe you should be happy is you lost 4 lbs instead. That would be a realistic goal.

Hang in there we are all in this together and we will drag you along with us.

I'm still at a loss of what I actually weigh... I'm sure I really don't want to know... But I know I need to loose the weight... I have no choice...

Yipeeeeeeeeeee!!!!!!!!!!!! 1 more pound to lose and I will be 1/3 of the way to my goal. I would actually like to lose more then that but I will settle for a 60 lb loss.

AND WHERE IS EVERYONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Congratz peach! I am about 1/3 of the way in my weight loss journey too. I am very much 'in the trenches' of the battle, so to speak. I had Chinese food last weekend, and wow, did I ever pay for that. But I have been good every day, and ever so SLOWLY it is coming off. I even did a 'walk-jog' yesterday. I don't remember the last time I jogged.

I think weight loss is like the story of the turtle and the hare. Slow and steady wins the race.

I haven't read all the comments, but wanted to add that I started jump roping. It's definitely going to help me lose the last few I want off. Jumping adds just the boost I need--aeorbic stuff to get my heart pumping.

I'll read the rest to see how everyone is doing next week--another week off!! Yay!!

I wish I was 1/3 of the way there but at least I have started.

You'll be a 1/3 of the way there before you know it! just take it a day (or an hour) at a time!
