I haven't looked in the mirror for awhile but today I happened to glance in the bathroom mirror. The mirror only shows from the hips up which is a blessing I don't want to see my thighs. However, I don't look like I am about to give birth anymore I now only look like I am about 6 months pregnant!!!!!!!!!!!!

Linda I feel like you. I had reached a plateau and thought it would be time to start exercising to sort of get my body revved up again....well I have been exercising and eating right and I haven't lost a pound since March 31st. To say the least I am frustrated and sad. It was all going so well and then boom!!! I don't know what to do to get off this darn plateau... All I can say is don't give up....if you don't I won't. I really want to get this weight moving in the right direction again. Any ideas from all you great gals would be appreciated!!! |
