I found this great web site offering recipes from people who do ww. There are a lot of different ones here and this would be helpful, so I wanted to share. Check these out and see what you think. The points are listed for you too.
Does anyone know if joining ww on line is possible or do you have to sign up locally?

I think you can join online, but I'm not sure how the weigh in works. Thanks for the recipe site. I need something new and exciting that already has the points figured out for me.

Wow great site for recipes. I found a few things I want to try right away. Berry-Lemon Trifle 2 pts per serving. Chocolate Peanut Butter pie 2.5 pts per serving. Thanks again for the site.

Your welcome and anything already figured out for us is a plus!
I thought the recipes sounded easy to make and something we have the ingredients for or easy to get. ENJOY!!

Looks like good recipes on that site, thanks so much! I have lost 3 lbs this week so far, but it's from having stomach flu. :( Doubt if it will last since I can now eat again and keep it down. Yuck.

Good for you Pats8e8!! :-D Sometimes losing weight from being sick is at least a good start for the motivation. Happy to hear from you. How about some others, we sure miss you.

I am going to my first WW meeting tonight and will let you girls know how it goes. My coupon to join free expired on May 29 and wish I could find online another offer. Oh well.

Did anyone check out the Chocolate Fudge Shake for one point?
Sounds yummy!

Have fun at your first meeting. Let us know what you think. My meeting is this evening too, and I am looking forward to seeing the many friends we have been making. How's everyone else doing?

Lneal, WW is a great program, my DD joined in August a year ago and has lost 70lbs! She has 6 lbs to go to reach her goal weight. I am so proud of her, can you tell?

My first meeting at weight watchers last night was awesome!!
The last time I had joined was 5yrs ago and I lost 42lbs on the plan.

When I went to the counter to register, the leader took both my hands and said,"You've been here before haven't you?" She was so warm and caring, besides remembering me! She talked about metabolism and the misconceptions about it. The main theme of the night was "Calories in and calories out" That's what losing weight is all about.

Every week she passes out a marble for every lb you lose. It's just a small way to visualize how much weight you are losing. So last night I got my first momentum stone (marble) it's my beginning.
How about everyone else? What's working for you on this journey? Love to hear from you.
