Well I was down .8lbs at my weight Watchers meeting this morning. this may not be much, but it is much better then I figured it would be, I was very bad this past week. Eat too much and missed a few days of exercise.

Depressing thought....I use to teach aerobics!!! yeeesh!

Aunt Doggie: Don't look backwards. Please don't beat yourself up for what you think you should have done. Be kind to yourself and simply start where you are. Giving up smoking is a tough thing to do. Give yourself a pat on the back for quitting. And now you have decided to do something about those extra pounds. Congratulations for choosing to be healthy.
Having been an aerobics teacher, you probably will have plenty of good ideas to share that will help to motivate the rest of us. Thank you for joining in.

I'm down from 2 lbs since Christmas :D
I hope using the floor to lay out my quilt blocks counts and exercise...getting up and down as I stitch each block together.. :D

They say that housework counts so getting up and down from the floor should too, hard on the knees tho.

Hooray everyone--you're doing great. Look at all we've accomplished: weight loss, increased activity, stopped smoking--add it all up: we're awesome!! Well, I haven't stopped smoking yet but some of you have. I'm concentrating on weight loss and activity and then will work on not smoking.
Keep posting--this is the kind of encouragement we all need.
Thanks-Jan

Congratulations to everyone for your accomplishments. It is so exciting to hear about so many great results. Tonight I went to my Weight Watchers meeting and the scale said I lost another 2 lbs. My clothes are starting to hang on me and I couldn't be happier. I am going out this weekend and treating myself to a new outfit.
