I have suffered from fibro for 25 years.I don't have any pain free days. I am going to try epsions salt tomorrow night. This summer I started to take Omega 3 ,6 ,9 and I have found it to be very helpful with the tender muscles. The bottoms of my feet were so tender I always had to have soft footware. since I have been taking omega I can walk with nothing on my feet.In the mornings I would hate to have to put my feet on the floor but now I have no problem. Hope the epsions salt help a little with the pain. Thanks for the tip. we need all we can get.

I wish I had a bathtub. We had our bathroom remodeled to make it handicap accessible for my mom and only have a shower. I can't remember what it's like to have no pain. I'd love to try this.
