I have been using the bar since it came out. I love it.

All you have to do is take the bar it of the holder if you don't want to use it on certain loads and put it back later, though I use it on everything, and my towels and soft and fluffy AND absorbent !

I love the dryer bar too ... anyone have a clever use for the holder you get when you buy a new bar?

I've got to hunt this bar. Does the heat bother them? Barny

Please don't take this as a bad review for the product but if you are an asthma patient do not use this. The scent is pleasant but intensified when the dryer is hot and I was choking and gasping for air the moment I opened the door. After one use, getting the plastic holder off the dryer wall was a feat for a strong man and the laundry had to be rewashed to remove the scent.

I thought I would share this hint, I use one dryer sheet over and over for several loads.

My first dryer bar has been in there for a little over a year. Course there is only 2 of us but I do quite a bit of small loads...I love mine!!

It sounds like a BARgain! I've always torn my dryer sheets into halves or thirds and still do. They soften the load of wash without leaving a lot of residual scent. I can't have strong perfumes around me because of asthma.

Ok, then this will go on my list of "need to get", never heard of it, but sounds wonderful, thank you for sharing.

Once I have used a dryer sheet, I save it to use later in my foundation piecing. If it is too small, I place two sheets side by side and zigzag, then cut to size I want. I use whatever scraps I have saved for the foundation, but I find the dryer sheets work just fine.
