Go to your posts. In the far right side it shows how many views it had.

Guess I will have to quilt something awesome that everyone will want to look at again and again. Nah... not going to happen. Guess I won't be in the running any time soon.

It isn't a popularity contest. Really someone was excited at the thought of her post being viewed by a lot of people. And wanted to see who else was having fun thinking about it.
