Here is another place to check to send coupons overseas. You pick a base each time you send a package of coupons.
Just make sure you don't send to the same base as they can get overloaded with coupons and drop off the list (or they close the base).

This is such a wonderful idea! I am so glad the question was asked. I am going to ask all my neighbors to give me their coupons and will send them out.

I think this would be such a great project for organizations and schools to do.
