Urrrrh, I gained 2#'s this month, but my Md released me to go back to the gym tomorrow, after 2 months of nothing. Pray for me, I love my trainer, but she's a killer, lol, she pushes you to your limits!...

I am sorry to hear you gained, but now is the time to get serious since you can work out. Did you sign up for january???

Congratulations, MIM. That's an astounding accomplishment in December, especially when it wasn't your initial month. The beach much be a strong motivator.
