Yes from Wisconsin. I got the package I ordered from charmpacks in 2 days. Nothing stops our mail persons.
Snow becomes second nature for us. Don't like driving in it but life does go on. |

A mail carrier I know got stuck in the snow 3 times in 1 day delivering mail - this was in a small city of 30,000 people - not a rural area. They DO keep on delivering!!

I live in the Yukon Territory of northern Canada, we have snow fall from September to May so yes, the post office delivers in the snow. We usually have snow falling of some sort every day as we're in the mountains, we get temperature changes and there's usually a point in the day where the air can't hold the moisture anymore and we get snowfall.

My husband traveled with his job for 6 yrs and we did 1 assignment in Deming NM. It's 30 miles from old Mexico border and slap dab in the middle of the desert. We didn't get mail one time for 3 days because of dirt storms. Literally couldn't see your hand in front of your face. You turn the car AC on it blew dirt in your face. So I know dirt can absolutely stop mail delivery so I bet snow could to. We went camping in Estes Park CO one summer and they told us people in the mts have to come down on their snow mobiles to pick up their mail. YUK

You know the motto... neither rain, nor snow, nor sleet, nor ???. I forget the end of it... but I think I've only experienced no delivery two or three times in all my 50+ years.
