HUGE thumbs down....BUT I did learn that you can minimize that stupid ticker down to ONE box by simply hovering your mouse on the box below it, drag that bottom line UP and the ticker will shrink!
wish it would all go away though...so annoying!

When enough people get fed up and drop their accounts...which has already started to happen, and the advertiser stop putting ads up....maybe good old Mark will get the idea.

I personally think he is a nasty little control freak who is out of control. I have stopped playing any of the games, am spending very little time on there now. Gives me an incentive to sew more.

I hate the way they keep changing. Tried to read my comments and a banner telling me how great it was kept covering the comments. I'm with you....If it ain't broke, DON"T fix it!!!!

I do not like it. Just get so I am not confused then more changes . Guess I have to tell them good bye.

if it makes any of you feel better, I'm 18 and <i>I'm</i> confused!! And I can normally figure out technology if I sit down and stare at it for a while. and I agree, if it ain't broke, don't fix it!!

I don't like the change. Wish FB left well enough alone.

I use FB all the time to talk to my friends and family. I didn't like the changes either but this is something that might help you out.
If you go to the top right hand corner and click on your name it will bring you to your profile.
Once there on the left hand side under news feed you will see a list - close friends acquaintenances family etc.
If you go to your friends list and catagorize them all it will be a whole lot easier.
But Beware! They're making more changes next week and they are going to start using FB as of January.
I know this is a bummer for me so my friends/family and myself are all moving into Google chat, its a whole lot user friendly than FB is.
Hope this helps to clearify it for some of you.

I am lost again on facebook, just after I had it all together.

I don't like it at all; can't keep track of my friends. I miss things; I am thinking about closing my page but I have friends all over the world and family in several states.

I hate it, I don't post anything anymore, I just read posts from friends and family and my comments are email or phone

Not liking the new FB think I will adios.

I am so irritated with fb with their new changes. I'm really thinking about trying out the google site. I haven't checked it out yet but probably soon will. I agree with you about this site I just love it and this is where I come to first and I enjoy it a whole lot better than anyother place. This is where you find your true friends. :thumbup: :D :D

FB does get irritating with all the changes....I read somewhere that FB wants to make sure we don't develop alzheimers from not using our brains to learn something new everyday!

But on the other hand, I am not going to stop using fb just because I don't like these changes. I have made too many contacts and do get enjoyment out of trading jokes and humor back and forth to just close my account. Life is a constant sea of changes, good, bad, indifferent. So, I'm going to try and stop instantly complaining about the changes and just deal with them.

I don't like the new changes either. I am not spending as much time on FB, I like browsing this board much better! No hassles here like FB, as it always the same! lol!
